MOMMY

I love you.
I wish you’d tell me everything.
I want to make things easy for you.
I really do.
I try everyday, Ma’.

FOR WHATEVER ITS WORTH!

I just want to say that I love my Family and if I was ever asked to give my life up to make things better for any of them, I WOULD!

BLAH

So here’s my takeโ€ฆ

Obviously, I love the books. No doubt about that.

Then comes the movie, where we all can’t help but compare and compare and compare.

Reading the books, well, has its consequences.

It makes one expect a lot, imagine things far different from what itโ€™s going to be in the movie, it just makes you so critical on how every detail or inch of the movie is going to turn out. And how far down itโ€™s going to disappoint you when it doesnโ€™t go as what you expected it to be.

Fad, I know is a bit of a spiteful word to use. It somehow makes me feel like a traitor. Lol. But honestly, hadnโ€™t I read the books. I would, without hesitation think of the movie as just another hyped sci-fi film (which by the way is another case, since they wanted it to be as realistic as possible, that I think didnโ€™t work out too well).

I donโ€™t know. But like I said, reading the books prior to seeing the movie does a lot because I seriously, genuinely love the books, I wish I could own up to it with the movies as well. I just think that it couldโ€™ve been better. Nonetheless, it’s still something to look forward to, so hands down to that.

THG

The books are one thing. The movie is another. Just saying.
